WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP?
You click Contact to fill out a form to send to me with the basics of your wedding day/shoot and I do my best to respond within 2-3 hours, unless of course I am out shooting another wedding :)
If I am available for your special day, I will ask to schedule a call with you first to understand what you liked about my portfolio, get to know you and your fiancé, what you're looking for, and to talk collection options. Some brides want to book without meeting/speaking on the phone and that is okay too.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT THE WEDDING DAY?
I would have to say the first looks. This consists of the bride/groom 1st look, father/daughter, & bridesmaids. This can be formal or completely candid, but when this moment happens during the day it truly brings out the emotions in me and my second shooter. These are the times that I think back on while editing your wedding. They bring me closer to who was all involved in your day and what everyone felt in that time slot.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
After we discuss more of what you are looking for and decide on a collection, I will then send over a sample contract for you to look over for 10 days while you make your decision. During this time, I will reserve your date. Once you sign the contract, you will send the booking fee, schedule any other shoots you have with me in your collection, and things will unfold from there!
WILL YOU BE SHOOTING OUR WEDDING OR AN ASSOCIATE?
I will be at your wedding. There is a trend going on specifically in bigger cities, with photographers outsourcing their wedding shoots so they can be at 4 places at once. I know that you are hiring me for not only my work, but personality and what you believe is a good fit.
WILL I GET THE PRINT RIGHTS TO THE PHOTOS?
Yes. All sessions includes the full resolution digital images with print permission.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
I tell my engagement sessions/family/boudoir to expect the photos back in 2- 3 weeks. As for weddings, this can range anywhere from 4-6 weeks. I am never late :)
DO YOU OFFER SHOOTS OUTSIDE OF ENGAGEMENTS & WEDDINGS?
