You’re planning your Nashville wedding and have yet to find someone to coordinate the day or you need a full-on wedding planner! In my opinion, this may be the most important choice you make aside from your bridesmaids and venue. Your wedding photographer will be spending the whole day with this person, so they are very knowledgable of who can handle last minute curveballs, get along with everyone, keep things on schedule, and provide beautiful design inspiration. The coordinator/planner should be very familiar with multiple venue types. I have worked with Emily with AWG at several weddings and would trust her with any type of bride. She is always so friendly the entire day, even with the summer heat 🙂 You want someone who will check on your vendors on an hourly basis and that they does! She also helps create a wonderful schedule that allows for us to take sunset photos that not all planners will help achieve.
The team over at Sutlan & Co. is a very down to earth crew that meshes well with brides with all sorts of ideas. They are great communicators with vendors, even weeks out. They have a lot of package options and also know some great vendors to refer you to.
Lindsy comes from a past in photography so she’s basically a dream to work with. She keeps everything running smoothly from the day you book her to the last dance. The most recent wedding I worked with her had some “Covid complications” and she handled things with a smile on her face, yet like a boss. She wants your guests to have a great time and brings such a unique and beautiful design.
